First day of filming in London

We are on our way to London via train to shoot ''The Dan Project" documentary.
On our list this beautiful sunny day is: Abbey Road, London Bridge, Covent Garden and more!!

Victoria Station

Had a great trip across the pond.  While waiting for Emma at Victoria Station I pulled out my banjo and started to play.  I met so many wonderful people.  Ken who sells his paper to support the homeless was a wonderful man, his daughter is due for her first child on Christmas Day and he was so excited.  Sarah and Kate who were so kind as to watch my gear while I found a Loo.
It was great until I found out it cost me 30p to get in.  Darn, better change up some money.
Off to Maidstone today for a pint and to spread more Bluegrass Love!!

The Dan Project

Welcome to "The Dan Project".  After 22 years as a firefighter I have decided to follow my passion of the banjo and Bluegrass Music.  My mission is to play my banjo in as many different countries as possible, meet as many people as I can and spread the love of bluegraass music and the banjo around the world.

My trip will begin on December 18, 2013.  I fly to London England where I will connect with my two beautiful daughters and extended family to celebrate the holidays.  I will also be celebrating my
 father in laws 80th birthday.  This will truly be a joyous reunion for us all.

The South of France will be my next stop... stay tuned
